What about my other insurance? Is it hard to cancel my current insurance and will I be penalized?

No, we’ll help you cancel your current policy and normally you’ll be refunded for any unused time you’ve been insured

Where is my insurance policy? I didn’t receive it in the mail.

Policies sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive at your home. Contact us if you haven’t received it yet.

Can I make a payment over the phone? Or in person?

We provide several ways for you to make payments – phone, in-person and even online with most companies.

How long before I am covered?

For most providers we can cover you the same day.

Is there a discount if I pay in full each year?

Some companies do offer a pay-in-full discount. Call us to find out if yours is one of them and how much you can save.

Do I save money if I have multiple lines with one company?

Yes! Not only do you get the convenience of having your insurance in one place, it can save you some serious cash, too!

What does my credit score have to do with my insurance?

 The insurance company uses information like payment history, length of credit history, bankruptcy, collections and more to develop a score.  This helps them more accurately predict claims and if you’ll pay your premium on time for example.  If your score improves, we can reevaluate your score and potentially get you a better rate.
